Welcome to Do Health ("Service", "App", or "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Do Health mobile application, website, and related services provided by Do Health.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App or Service. By checking the agreement box, creating an account, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description & Core Capabilities

Do Health is an AI Daily Movement Copilot engineered to eliminate workout decision friction and foster sustainable movement habits.

Adaptive Daily Recommendation: Generates tailored movement plans based on your daily energy check-in, muscle soreness, available equipment, and time budget via our rules engine and AI orchestration.
Dynamic Regression & Swapping: Provides real-time exercise regression, shortening, and muscle-safe substitutions when exercises are too challenging, time is constrained, or fatigue arises.
Workout Memory & Recovery Model: Maintains a continuous recovery status model and personal preferences driven by your actual completion logs and RPE feedback.

2. Non-Medical Disclaimer & Safety Warning

CRITICAL MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: Do Health is NOT a medical device, medical provider, or physical rehabilitation software. All workouts, movement demonstrations, cues, and AI-generated guidance are strictly for general fitness reference of healthy adults and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or professional healthcare advice.

Consult Healthcare Professionals: Before beginning any new exercise regimen, especially if you have cardiovascular conditions, spinal/joint injuries, hypertension, respiratory disorders, or are pregnant, consult a qualified physician.
Immediate Stop on Pain: If you experience acute pain, dizziness, chest tightness, palpitations, shortness of breath, or joint discomfort, stop exercising immediately and seek emergency medical assistance if needed.
Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily choose to perform any exercises suggested by the App and assume full responsibility for your physical safety, environment, and movement execution.

3. Account Management & Security

Authentication: You may register and sign in using Apple Sign-In or verified email one-time authentication codes.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and access to your device. Any activities conducted through your account remain your responsibility.
Account Deletion: You retain the right to terminate and delete your account at any time within the App or by contacting customer support.

4. Intellectual Property & Limited License

Proprietary Rights: All software code, exercise graphs, visual cues, instructional videos, trademarks, brand assets, and interface designs are owned by Do Health or licensed to us.
Limited License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to download and run the App on compatible personal devices for your individual use.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or circumvent security features of the App;
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our servers through automated mechanisms;
Interfere with server integrity or network availability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

"AS IS" Service: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Damages: Under no circumstances shall Do Health be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
